Identified - We are currently tracking an issue with an upstream provider that has caused our Atlanta, Ga servers to be unreachable for some customers. We are working to restore connectivity to this server as quickly as we can. Phone and portal services should have failed over to alternative servers as expected so phone service should not be impacted. There is an impact to device provisioning, however.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue with our outbound fax service. Any faxes sent through our phone management portal, email-to-fax, or via a blue AudioCodes ATA are failing to deliver. Other transmission methods are unaffected and faxes are still being received on all mediums. Please continue to monitor the status page for updates as we work diligently to restore 100% service.
