Phone Server Updates Jan 25, 2026 00:00-03:00 EST

On Sunday, January 25, from 12:00AM to 3:00AM ET we will be installing software updates to the voice servers. These updates include support for zero touch provisioning of Grandstream devices, new phone models in Button Builder, and improvements to WebHID, timezones and time frames. There are also several bug fixes included.

There may be a brief service outage during this window but we do not anticipate it lasting more than a couple of minutes. Once upgrades are completed, please log out of the Manger's Portal and back in to ensure you're running the latest version available.
