Investigating -
We are currently working with our data center in Dallas, Tx to investigate an issue with downstream connectivity. We are experiencing large amounts of packet loss at the data center and as a result have temporarily pulled it from the cluster. All voice services should fail over to other servers and there should be no further interruptions in service, however if you are experiencing any service issues please contact our support team at (855) 878-8477 for assistance.
