Scheduled - We will be undergoing maintenance on all servers to apply a hotfix to resolve a couple of issues post 44.2 upgrade that was completed two weeks ago.

Hotfix Patch Includes -

1. Call history showing different results between servers in the same cluster.
2. Analytics pages show “failed to load” on panels designed to present report data

Users should not expect any delays or issues during this hotfix. If you run into any issues post hotfix, please contact support so we can review and resolve.

Scheduled - On Sunday, January 5, from 12:00AM to 3:00AM EST we will be installing software updates to the voice servers. These updates include several performance and feature enhancements as well as bug fixes. There may be a brief service outage during this window but we do not anticipate it lasting more than a couple of minutes. Once upgrades are finished please log out of the Manger's Portal and back in to ensure you're running the latest version available.

At this time we will also be temporarily removing the Chicago voice server from the cluster to perform additional maintenance. The DNS records will be updated to point to another active server so as long as you have allowed all of our servers' IP addresses through your firewall then you should not need to take any additional action. You can review our latest firewall and network requirements document at any time at the following URL.
