Scheduled - On Tuesday, 3/24, from 5:00AM-8:00AM ET, we will be applying a number of updates to the dallas-nms.trueipsolutions.com server in preparation for upcoming new features. During this time we will have the Dallas server in "maintenance" mode so that phone registrations and calls will automatically move to one of the other geo-servers in the cluster. We do not anticipate any service interruptions as a result of this update window, however if you do experience any issues with your service please contact our on-call support team at (855) 878-8477 for assistance. This update window will not affect any other geo-servers.

Scheduled - On Wednesday afternoon, 3/18, between 4:00 and 7:00PM ET, we will be performing hardware maintenance on the MCNC2 server which will require us to power down the server for a short time. Beginning at 4:00PM we will move all traffic to another server at MCNC for the duration of the maintenance. We do not foresee any customer impact from this maintenance.
