Phone Server Urgent Security Updates Oct 21, 2026 23:00 - Oct 22, 2026 02:00 EDT

On Wednesday, 10/21/2026, from 11:00PM to 2:00AM ET we will be installing critical security updates to the voice servers. These updates include patches to mitigate CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619. There will be a brief portal outage during this window but we do not anticipate it lasting more than a couple of minutes.

Scheduled - On Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM ET we will be installing software updates to the voice servers. These updates include a fix for the voicemail message light staying on when there are no new messages, more reliable audio and caller ID during call transfers and parked calls, call queue and call recording fixes, security improvements, and support for new Yealink and Snom phones. There may be a brief service outage during this window, but we do not anticipate it lasting more than a couple of minutes. Once upgrades are finished, please log out of the Manager's Portal and back in to ensure you're running the latest version available.
