On Saturday, April 25th, from 11:00PM to 2:00AM ET we will be installing additional security updates to the voice servers. These updates primarily concern the back end admin interfaces, API, and recording servers. After this weekend’s update, existing download links to call recordings will no longer be valid. You will need to retrieve new links from the Manager’s Portal. The recordings themselves will not be affected, only the links. There is no other expected customer-facing impact from the weekend's maintenance.
