On Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM ET we will be installing software updates to the voice servers. These updates include a fix for the voicemail message light staying on when there are no new messages, more reliable audio and caller ID during call transfers and parked calls, call queue and call recording fixes, security improvements, and support for new Yealink and Snom phones. There may be a brief service outage during this window, but we do not anticipate it lasting more than a couple of minutes. Once upgrades are finished, please log out of the Manager's Portal and back in to ensure you're running the latest version available.
