We're writing to notify you of a scheduled maintenance window for the TIPS VoIP Platform on Sunday, August 2nd, beginning at 12:00 AM. During this window, we'll be upgrading the platform to version 45. You may experience a brief interruption to phone and SMS services while the upgrade completes. We recommend notifying any on-call staff who depend on the system during overnight hours.
Once the upgrade is live, a few things will work differently. Office managers can now generate one-time passwords for phone provisioning and factory resets directly in the Portal. If your organization uses SMS queues, the default queue keyword is changing from HELP to JOIN as part of 10DLC compliance — if you have that keyword customized, verify your configuration before the maintenance window. Resellers will also have access to a new SMS carrier assignment feature in the Portal.
