On Thursday, August 14th from 12:00AM-3:00AM EDT we will be installing updates to the provisioning server as well as the recording server in the MCNC data center. Call recordings will still process during this time, however access to recordings may be impaired during the maintenance window. Auto provisioning of phones will not be available during the installation window.

There is no action required on the part of customers, nor do we anticipate any effects outside of the installation window.
