We are currently tracking an issue with an upstream provider that has caused our Atlanta, Ga servers to be unreachable for some customers. We are working to restore connectivity to this server as quickly as we can. Phone and portal services should have failed over to alternative servers as expected so phone service should not be impacted. There is an impact to device provisioning, however.
