Webphone and Mobile application service was briefly disrupted when the primary server was disabled for maintenance and failover protocols activated. These protocols did not move webphone and mobile registrations to alternate servers as expected. The issue was rectified as soon as it was discovered and steps are being taken to identify the root cause and prevent recurrence of the issue.
