Scheduled
On Monday, June 16th, at 12:00AM EDT, we will be temporarily removing the MCNC1 server from the cluster for maintenance and upgrades. We will begin disabling services on Friday morning, June 13th, to ensure that we have time to assist with any customer issues that may arise before completely shutting down the server. The server will be put back into service on Monday, 6/23.
Please note that devices directly provided and supported by True IP Solutions (Yealink phones, Algo paging devices, etc.) are already configured to fail over automatically and will not require any action on your part.
If you have any custom devices or SIP trunks configured to register directly via IP address (152.46.24.12) or the server's direct address (mcnc1-nms.trueipsolutions.com), please take immediate action to either utilize the provided SRV failover records (mcnc1.outbound.tips or sip8.sbcproxy.com) or, if SRV records aren't an option, reconfigure your device to register to mcnc4-nms.trueipsolutions.com (152.46.24.29). The only devices that may need manual intervention are those programmed manually or that are incapable of utilizing SRV DNS records such as Cisco Call Managers, Allworx on-prem SIP PBXs, some older Valcom units, etc.
