On Saturday, October 30 at 12:00AM EDT we will be performing scheduled maintenance on all voice services in preparation for an upcoming software update. During this time there may be a momentary interruption in service but the impact will be minimal.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Geo Located Switches (Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, MCNC 1, MCNC 2) and Modules (TIPS Portal, Mobile App, Web Phone, SMS Messaging, Web APIs, Microsoft Teams Connector).
