The connectivity issues appear to have stemmed from an upstream carrier's outage and the traffic has been rerouted. We're no longer seeing packet loss to or from the MCNC data center and inter-server SIP queues are catching up.
We will continue to monitor the situation, however at this time service impacts should be diminished or entirely cleared up. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are aware of an upstream issue affecting connectivity with our servers at the MCNC (Durham, NC) data center. The data center has been contacted and the problem we are actively working to resolve the issue. We will share more information as it becomes available.
