On Saturday, November 15th, from 7:00AM to 1:00PM ET, the MCNC data center will be performing maintenance. This has potential to disrupt connections to the MCNC-located phone servers, however public servers will remain unaffected.
If you are a North Carolina-based customer that connects to us through MCNC, please ensure your network teams have applied the recommended settings in our Network and Firewall Requirements document, linked below, to ensure your phones properly fail over to the public servers in the event that the MCNC servers go offline.
