On Sunday, January 5, from 12:00AM to 3:00AM EST we will be installing software updates to the voice servers. These updates include several performance and feature enhancements as well as bug fixes. There may be a brief service outage during this window but we do not anticipate it lasting more than a couple of minutes. Once upgrades are finished please log out of the Manger's Portal and back in to ensure you're running the latest version available.

At this time we will also be temporarily removing the Chicago voice server from the cluster to perform additional maintenance. The DNS records will be updated to point to another active server so as long as you have allowed all of our servers' IP addresses through your firewall then you should not need to take any additional action. You can review our latest firewall and network requirements document at any time at the following URL.
